They look good, but they must give an incredibly harsh ride? There's just no rubber between you and the road! Are they 17"? I'll never go for anything other than 15", purely for comfort reasons.

I've just took my MX5 NA with track suspention off the road and the new A2 feels like a Rolls Royce, It doesn't feel that much different to the standard 15's.

Don't get birchall started! :))) but Iv changed from 16" to 17" and I think the ride is better. Anyway I like the wheels. Good choice :)

I changed from 16s to 17s and think the "drive" is much better. But I do attack the country lanes on the way to work rather than just pootling round pot hole ridden suburbia. It's a much more positive feel compared to the bouncy / wallowy one on 15s and 16s.
Depends what you want. :)

Very nice IMHO.
You should lower the car a tad now too to let the wheels fill the arches more ;)

I have to say, I don't like those wheels on A4s and A6s - they look as if they're trying too hard to be fashionable and don't suit the larger demeanour of those cars.

But they look rather good on an A2! As they do on an A1. And agree with Dan, a little lower would be good. The ride quality is obviously not an issue for you so you might as well go the whole hog....;)

They really suit the A2, I'm guessing you have 40 profile tyres? If you want a smoother ride I'd recommend going 45 profile.

Absolutely superb and how could I not like 'em when they're oh so close to my own - just brilliant, as is the Audi A2, a magic machine....

I always knew they would look fantastic on the A2.
Did you get clearance issues? What size are they? Did you need spacers for offset correction?

It is great to hear from someone else who also thinks that 17" or even 18" wheels give a perfectly acceptable ride, and in some way a better ride, especially steering response.

.....a better RUDE......are you missing an I?;)

LOL

I was typing that on my IPhone in the middle of a theatre performance (in the interval) so had to rush.

Since someone finally agreed with me about the ride on 17s / 18s I just had to respond straight away and rushed it.
