I have removed the scuttle with the idea of upgrading to the round washer jets.
I would like to replace the foam rubber insulation as shown in the picture. It runs the full width of the car. I am obviously looking in the wrong place as I can see no mention of it
So can anyone help with a part number or suitable alternative please.

Yep sorry Tom that part is the rear half engine bay rubber seal not the foam.

I looked for ages a while ago to replace this foam and although did try a couple of part numbers none were for that foam in the end.

Hope is not lost as when I was looking someone ( sorry forgot who ) suggested to use this instead

Stormguard rubber foam jumbo weatherstrip 19mm wide x 11mm thick x 3050mm long.Suspect you will need two layers to make up the height.

Yes I think I was incorrect and it is indeed the rubber weather seal, apologies.

Their delivery information suggests they use DHL so should be quick to receive. They are also happy for customer to collect, bad news for you that they are based in Leicester but the good news is that they’re only a couple of miles off my commute along the A50/A46; happy to assist if you deem this as a good solution Sir.

I have used Storm Guard Weather strip from Toolstation. to get the height i stuck one on top the other.
