Not sure what to try next and advice most welcome
I chiselled out my out passenger side door lock as I couldn't get it out of safe locked mode
Put it through its MOT to see if it was worth persisting with fixing
It passed (with very few issues)
I managed to test with another door lock. Still not working. I can at least open it manually from inside and out but the central locking ignores the passenger front door. Other electrics in that door work OK
I checked the a pillar electric junction and that's all sweet and clean.
Any ideas on what to try next much appreciated
I'm wondering if this is a ccu issue. When I use the key fob for central locking - the boot open button stops working. I have to disconnect then reconnect the battery to fix this and just stopped using the remote key fob for the locks (seemed to fix the issue!) But now, despite having tested with a different lock mech the front passenger dot is just not getting a signal to lock
