OpenSky Roof Gasket question.

I have an Open Sky Roof and have just noticed the last glass panel which is next to the rear boot glass seems to not have a gasket in it.
Is this correct?

Mine's just like that, although a little more imperfect owing to my having failed to replace any seals when I swapped out the unit, so the right sits higher than the left...

I don't think it needs a gasket there as the water will drain in the same way as on a car without glass roof..
