Looks like some unfortunate parked on the beach at low tide and got stuck. Guess a tractor has pulled it to "safety" SHAME ON THE OWNER.

I see sandbags and those portable metal railings to stop public access in the picture, and the rear towing eye is in. My guess is something to do with flooding/fast-moving water. Maybe it was washed away during a recovery attempt and ended up in that location? I do hope no-one was injured.

It's not had an MOT since February last year and is registered as SORN. It appears from the MOT history that it was well maintained until 2015 but has been neglected more recently.
