P2108 Fault Code

Hi, I wonder if anyone can help? I have a 2005 A2 with a BHC engine. The above fault code came on and the car shuddered when turning the engine off. I tried reseting the code but it always comes back on.I have fitted a new anti shudder valve (a genuine VDO one) and the shuddering has stopped and it drives nomally. I assumed i had fixed the issue. Reset the fault code and a day later it came back. same code p2108. Do I need to reset adaptions. ( is that possiblewith an ASV?) internet says no but not sure... Engine is shutting down fine still but the p2108 code keeps coming back. Are there any other common faults that could cause this? If any one has any ideas then I would appreciate it!

You need to contact Paul @depronman as there is a software update that solves this issue.

The problem is the parameters are set too tight for the valve and new software corrects this.

I had the same issue ; mine was fhe throttle actuator control module , I gave it a good clean and it sorted it,

Absolutely correct, he did that for our BHC.
