The rear cup holders are available through VAGparts.com. You could possibly get them through Audi but they'd be more expensive. Plus there used to be an A2OC members discount with VAGparts - not sure if this is still active.
There used to be a fitting guide on the old site. Not sure if these guides have been transfered over yet.

Hi,
