Picked up an A2 75bhp TDI

A brief post to say hi.

Bought an A2 for t'other half, as the other cars are too big for her new work car park.

It's a 2001 SE 75bhp TDI.

noteable options include Climate, heated seats and auto-dimming rear view mirror

It's got about 145k on the clock, but seems in reasonable fettle for a 15 year old car.

It goes alongside the rest of our VAG fleet:

4motion 2.5TDI T5

Passat B6 2.0TDI 4motion

That's it collecting the roof tent for the T5. This car probably isn't staying.

Which is a 3.9EFi V8 with fiddle brakes, for trialing.

Oh and a 325i with a welded diff for titting about on gravel tracks:

I'll be asking about various issues on the A2 and probably documenting some of the repairs I have to do

Cheers Steve. That sort of thing happens with the T5 quite a lot off-road:

AlanB is one of the main reasons I'm here - he was a veritable font of nolidge when I was having a look around the car.

Al, I can't believe you didn't mention I can get Komfortblinker for the A2 - as the B6 and the T5 both have Komfortblinker that's just headed straight to the top of the mods list.

Komfortblinker is Must have mod, old bean. And so simple to Fit!
