Had to take the wife's car (A2) into the dealer this morning to have the tailgate lock fixed (long story on another post). Rear offside tyre was very soft (not been used for 4 days).
pumped it up and went to dealer thinking they could get it fixed while the car was in. - Wrong assumption - this is AUDI! "We do not do tyres sir and we won't be able to get anyone to come out to repair one"[3]
Punctured tyre, complete with nail still fitted, is now in the boot of my Passat and will be fixed tomorrow. By pure chance the mobile fitter is calling tommorrow to put 2 new front tyres on my Passat at Inchcape's expense and while there will repair one for me.[8D]

Why are NEARLY all the A2s in Lichfield are silver ? ? ?
