Rear Mats Dont Look Right...

I have just purchased some new mats for the A2.

The front mats are fine, but the rears don't look right.

They fit into the securing holes, but i think Audi have used the wrong fastening because they are not flush (See pics). The third picture is the front mats.


Are they suppose to be like this?

Hi Vinesh,

Yes, ther rear mats do have a sticky-up bit on them - so that you can put an additional rubbder mat down and I think the space-floor box also has locating holes to suit.

..and the front mat fixings are different as you're supposed to remove the carpet mats before you fit the rubber mats, or the thickness is too great and could foul the pedals, cunning.
