Rear seat rattle?

Hi all,
Need some advice...I've got an intensly annoying rattle coming from the rear left interior - possible the seat? I can't place where it's coming from or how to cure it.

Anyone had anything similar?

Yes

1. The seat back moving and rattling against the catch - rectified with a piece of high density foam behind the seat back near the catch.

2. The boot cover curtain rattling (the sprung end where it compresses to take it out) - have not worked out a solution yet. Have not raised it with Audi yet as I do not expect them to be very constructive.

My rattles were the seat back and the twin position latch too.

Take the seats out-instant cure........And you get more people in the back!.

Steve - 2002 1.4SE petrol, Silver, black/black interior, Then an identical replacement 2003 A2. Now a Toyota Corolla 1.6 T-Spirit
 
My rear seat rattle was quickly and expertly identified by the people at Oxford Audi as the catch. New parts ordered immediately, fitted within ten days and, to date, the problem's solved.

And of course I got a full valet on both occasions, despite no work being carried out the first time. Top marks to Oxford Audi - they're not even the dealer I bought the car from.
