Is it possible to retro fit the middle seatbelt to a two seater rear bench?

Is it a case of just bolting the belt to the existing floor holes on the body? Or is it just not possible?

Ref the attached post, the centre lap belt is fitted to the seat. If you have a split rear seat then it looks impossible. If you have the one piece bench seat then check the seat frame for the fixing holes. - http://www.a2oc.net/forum/showpost.php?p=38706&postcount=14
