Well, fitted these today, see thread (http://www.a2forum.net/forum/topic.asp?TOPIC_ID=1563&whichpage=2) for background.
The kit came with a complete fitting guide so it seemed pretty pointless to do another one, just like putting together some flatpack. Nevertheless, I shall post some pictures just in case.
Tools required were:
A drill + 8mm bit + 2mm bit (I used Wood drill bits)
A hammer
A pair of pinch pliers
A small philips screwdriver
Kit included (pair of):
[*]2 round hole-caps to put into door (inside) at base of glass. Drilled the holes to match the metal bits (see red bit below) by just placing it in place and banging it with my fist. Where it marked the trim I drilled the holes. Easy peasy. The you just put the hole caps in place with the pliers/hammer.
[*]Blind itself - uses a roller blind mechanism to pull taut and has a base unit with 2 pieces of metal which protrude downwards into the hole-caps in the door - you just bang this into place with your fist.
[*]2 Clip holders onto top of door frame. To fit these, you peel the sticky tape off the back of the clip holders and then put them into the clips on the blind, pull them up to the top of the door, stick them on and remove the clips from the blind
[*]2 screws - drill (2mm bit) through the holes in the clip holders and then screw them tight.
Then the jobs done. To raise the blind, you just pull it up and hook the clips over the clip holders. This means that you can raise and lower the window glass without affecting the blind as this attaches to the door frame, not the glass.
To lower the blind you just detach the clips and the roller pulls it back in.
Here's some piccies:

Blind up / glass lowered (you can clearly see the clip-holders at the top which accept the clips on the blind):
