We have been given the registration document so as we can insure our A2 before we pick it up. On the Document it says it is a 1390cc cylinder capactity.

Our car is a 1.4 Tdi.

All the insurance companaies quote for a 1422 CC. is it just a misprint on the document or something else. Can anyone tell me what is on their V5

Contact the DVLC and tell them, they do know their records are wrong and they will reissue a V5 stating the correct 1422cc, when I did it they said it was Audi's fault and that they'd declared the wrong engine size originaly, but couldn't explain why their VED site had the correct cc listed... Nothing new there then, HMG departments not talking to each other, what will they think of next. There was a previous thread on this about 9 months ago if you look in the archives.

I 'll have to work out the search sorry. I never new an A" existed 9 months ago! What else does it take 9 months to do?
