Remote locking stopped after car battery change

Hi guys, just had Halfords change the car battery, went to lock up once home, remote not responding, anyone any advice please, thx, m

Hi all, I have a problem with the central locking on my car (have to use key) Also my electric windows go up to the top and then go back down (about 3-4") of their own accord and the stereo sometimes has no sound. Are these issues connected and has anyone had any experience of this? Thanks

Start the engine. Then switch the engine off, remove the key from the ignition and immediately press the unlock button.

Many thanks Catnip and thanks for the response Tom, Jen said we should message you, but strangely enough, Jen had done ignition and locked via keys, then i posted up.....when we got back to the car, it was all working perfect, so we obviously fluked it...Cheers guys, M
