Removing arm from rubber bush

Trying to change my bottom arms how do I get arm out the rubber bush without having to take the mounting part off as one of the bolts is turning

From experience on other Audi models you'd need some type of Puller to press the arm out of the bush as no amount of 'hammering' will move it as the bush just absorbs the 'shock' load.

Thanks had read that post on Thursday just came back up the road to get a puller to try push it out
