The Bean Machine is in the garage getting new front suspension arms, these noted on the MOT as advisory and upon inspection seem very corroded. Garage called to say the bolts into the 'console' are seized pretty solid - they've applied some eaze-it or whatever its called and advised to leave it for a bit before they attempt to un-do the bolts - bottom line is they have looked into getting new consoles/lower subframe extension parts but say they've hit a dead-end and can't find any (Audi stopped producing in 2020). Are any available that you lot are aware of or is there another solution?
Any help with this greatly appreciated, pretty certain I won't be the first with this issue .
The Bean is a 2004 1.6FSI.
Parts are: 8Z199293Q & 8Z0199294Q - shown below as 2, although last letter is shown as R not Q(?).
