Hi
Does anyone know if it possible to still get hold the roof strip and is it a big job or simple? Also, if the strip is missing would it let water escape into the interior?
Many thanks

Yes you can still get them. Autoglass replaced one of mine last year which they damaged. It needs painted too so not sure of cost.

If its missing no water will get in the car.

Hope you get it sorted.

I'm melting!!!

Ada's black coachwork is having a job surviving this heatwave!

One of the plastic gutter strips has really deteriorated in the sunshine with the lacquer crazing and separating from the surface in the heat. I can only assume that the clear coat finish hardens and becomes less flexible over time.

The other one is fine having been replaced recently following damage during a windscreen replacement.

Ah well. Good excuse for another shiny new one.
