Second time around

My first A2, sold two years ago. Only car I regret selling really. It had done over 320 000 km and had some issues. Still nice to drive.

So I bought another one... Same 1.4 petrol. But half the milage 160 000 km.

Welcome back to A2 ownership. Not long back behind the A2 wheel myself having recently acquired my second. Fantastic little cars which get under your skin.

Here is to more galactic mileage for you. Trouble free and happy motoring.
 
Thanks. Lovely little car.

I replaced the rev counter today. The glass had been pushed in and the needle did not move. The paper with the numbers had also been bent. So I replaced them both from a S/H unit. Works great now.

And it just makes you feel better now it is done, doesn't it?

No affect on the running of the car, but peace of mind for a long while now.

Indeed all free of cost too.

BTW. Getting new rubber next week, 165/65/15. Really looking forward to get rid of the nosiy studded winter tires.
 
New tires finally. 165/65/15, winters are 185.

When I was younger I liked big rims and wide tires. Now I like small rims and skinny tires :rolleyes:
