having a wee problem trying to open me flap.pulling the handle under drivers side dash ok but the flap won't open.Ok am I missing something obvious or are there any other ways to access service items and to fix the latch..

I had the same problem when I first got the car. I took it to Audi and they fixed it free of charge. Don't know what was wrong with it, but I think it's a common problem.
