Just a thought, and I’m sure the owner will confirm this as I know there car was on the forum with opensky and lots of mileage!

Seems a bit pointless breaking that car even if it is knackered because there's going to be a very very limited market for panels.

There's no doubt that the car has served it's purpose well because who would have bought a A2 thinking you'd have 500k miles of use from it.

It's so disappointing that the car is no lo get on the road because it stood as testament to their build quality. Again it's probably a case of everyone's disappointed it's gone but nobody would want to take on and restore a car with 500k miles.

Considering the entirely Imola Yellow A2 was recently fitted with one of my all-alloy intercoolers, I cannot imagine it's been scrapped.
