Spare Key Advice Please

Hello Chaps,

I wonder if you can help.

My A2 came with only one key - the three button folding type (lock/boot/unlock).

What are my options in getting another one. My only concern is if I loose the one I have as it's only me that drives the car.

There are really only 2 options. First is go to an Audi dealer and pay megga bucks and the second is to use the services of our 2 club members who have the specialist kit to retrieve the SKC code then code the key(s) to your car.
Sarge is London based and Skipton hails from the Manchester area. Skipton (and probably Sarge) will also be at the Audi Driver Day at Castle Coombe so the job could be probably be done there with a little advanced planning if its more convenient than going to one of their homes.

Spike is right, you dont want to go to audi if you can avoid it when i tried it they charged a hell of a lot initially and i got charged more on top for immobiliser chipping and loads of rubbish.

Good luck getting your key!
