Now I don't like to moan about things and I definitely don't like bad mouthing dealerships, however today I experienced poor customer service at its very best. 
Last Wednesday I rang Stratford Audi's Parts department to purchase a cigarette lighter unit. The chap on the phone said he had several in stock and usually keeps them on the shelf and I'd be fine collecting one this Monday. Excellent I thought how convenient.
So I took this morning off work to drive over to Stratford to make the purchase. When I arrived I was told that they didn't have any in stock and hadn't had any in for some time...but they could order me one in!?!
They even recommended that I drive to Solihull or Worcester as they had them in stock.
So a waste of a morning off work, a waste of Diesel, my cigarette power point still doesn't work and now I'm dubious of my local Audi dealership.
Sorry I just had to get it off my chest...I've sent an email to Audi UK but have yet to receive a reply.
