Our A2 is returning to our dealer, on the 15th of July ..for the last time. After months of "negotiations" our dealer has finally agreed to take back the car. We are loosing more than if Audi would take it back..but its still a good deal.

We've also decided on the next car..the Mini Cooper S....the new one with 170ps.. with all the extras of course eg leather interior; Xenon etc. The car is manufactured in Oxford.

I have a couple of things to sell from the A2...take a look under "selling".

ps Stuart...we're still allowed to stay in the club aren't we???

What can I say, except thanks for the huge contribution you have made to the forum and club during your time of A2 ownership. Of course you are more than welcome to stay in the club and forum, in fact I'm hoping you'll remain as a moderator - just as Runboy has!

Hi Guys,

don't worry you won't be getting rid of the paddy and the kraut that easily!!

To be honest we will really really miss our Dustin (A2) when he's gone...its not his fault that Audi are so crap at building and repairing cars!

We are rally looking forward to our Mini...170 ps; leather; glass roof; Xenon;Navi ...we went all out this time!
Because the boot is really small we were goin to buy one of those roof racks...but get this, they have to bore holes in the car to attach it!
If we're still welcome we might drive over to the UK to the meeting in September.

Hi Guys,

so our A2 is finally gone..we gave him up on the 15th... it was really sad, in particular as some kid at our Dealers took the keys and then drove the car like a mad thing to the back of the dealership!
We took everything out of the car that could be removed..and so have parts lying around the living room ( our dealer didn't notice that they were gone!).
We will definitely miss the A2 boot ...my wifes handbag will fit in the boot of the Mini, and thats about it.
Plus you're all was nicer than the guuys in the Mini Club forum.
...so we do instaed to saty with you, and we'll be putting the A2 sticker on the Mini
