Throttle body - interchangeable?

Is throttle body on a TDi90 the same as a TDi75? And yes, I'm sure it's not really called a throttle body on a diesel, but you know what I mean ....
 
I feel I should know what the throttle body is though I don't. Care to enlighten? Best I can imagine is the ASV in which case the answer would be yes, if it's a BHC.
 
Yeah, I guess what I'm really talking about is what they call the "Intake manifold connection with intake manifold flap motor", but thanks anyway.
