I have clear Supaglass fitted to my side windows on my A2, Is it possible to have my rear side windows tinted over this?

Yes it is - Supaglass is bonded to the glass and has a surface that is as tough as glass, so as long as it's cleaned and prepared properly, a tint can be applied over it.
You can also get tinted Supaglass which is preferable, as you're keeping layers and therefore thickness to a minimum, making life easier for the winder motors.
