Today I,m nipping over to new owner steviem, check out the new purchase, then off to purchase some bleed nipple covers and pdf tape so I don't encounter repeated seizure on them next brake service.

Can that noise be changed? Scares the life out of me when it comes on. I once had a Renaultsport Megane, and the day I picked it up I booted it down a sliproad and it came on, I thought I had broken it.
I think you might find that it is not the swapping to DIS that changes the sound I think it is just that you can quieten the beep with tape over it?That's interesting, I look forward to hearing mine when it comes on, as Tom retrofitted DIS to mine the other week. I assume the noise will be the same, but I've not seen it on the screen yet.
I sanded and polished my headlights to remove the UV and stone chip damage.
I used grades 240, 400, 600, 800, 1200, 1500, 2000, 2500 & 3000 wet and dry. I finished them with a rotary polisher using Mezerna medium cut polish and then finishing polish.
They have been transformed and were only bothering me because the lights were not that good in the dark. I've replaced the bulbs and have now done this, so I hope to see an improvement.

So unless you asked Tom to do that you may find that yours has not changed.
It is a small but pleasant change !!!

Over the beeper, but I am not sure of its location, I have only heard that this is the method you can use.Tape where, Steve?
Today, I fitted another Rivnut where there was previously a heat shield stud. This time, on the centre tunnel near to the right hand rear wheel.
Edit: I clearly need to take more care with the primer! It's difficult when under the car!

Matt.
