Don`t know if any of you are aware but The metal pedals in the TT are only rubbers and as a result that fit directly on to the A2.

VAG Part numbers
8NO721173A
8NO721174A 01C
8N2721647B

hmmm maybe a picture would help us understand how rubber could look like metal?! :D

You might find that the ones from the Lupo GTi, Polo GTi, Golf Anniversary and GOlf R32 may also fit - havent checked but I cannot imagine VAG group using several different types of pedal.

The TT pedal is a rubber cover like you haev at the moment with a matal cover stuck to it so that it has a nice shiney finish.

I have some pics, as Shao says the pedal rubber is exactly the same but it has a metal skin on the top to give it the appearance of being a full metal race pedal. All three pedals cost about £30 all in cheaper than after market one no drilling and a quality understated feel.

I will mail some photos to stuart, if you can`t wait just hunt down the nearest TT for a quick look.

Dam not a direct link as i thought just follow it through to TT interior

well they fitted my New beetle, they are the same on the TT and Lupo GTi .. BUT they didnt fit the Polo i had as the accel pedal was a different size - brake and clutch fitted fine.

100% sure it is probably the quickest Mod you will ever make 3 mins all in !!!

hmmm nice... and not even that expensive... just when we all though there is no more to do!

You'd be amazed... until 3 years ago VW made 18 different types of cigarette lighter!!!!!! And my VW Sharan sourced coat hangers fits my A2 but not our Golf V5!!! So they use different thickness head retraint steels!!!
