Two stroke mixed with engine oil

Hi everyone. So. Bit of a mid step today. Let's not get into the how now that I've calmed down :) I now have 0.5 litres of Mobil 2t two stroke oil mixed with the lubricating oil in my engine. Luckily car only drove 1 mile before I found this out.
Solutions pleas? Can I just do an oil and filter change do you think?
