Unusual Brown/Burgundy in Purley

Spotted an unusual browny burgundy 51 plate A2 with a cream interior on Purley High Street yesterday. Anyone here?

I have given out quite a few A2OC flyers recently but still no-one has logged on to the Forums - that I have noticed. I even spoke to one couple when giving out a flyer who were in a black A2 with a yellow leather interior......on the Purley Way.

The colour is called Castle Red and I think it was one of the custom paint jobs available for £1500 as an optional extra. Seen somewhere on this site that only 3 A2's in the Uk with this colour. Was travelling southbound on the M40 circa juntion 9 when I spotted one heading north on Thursday 27th March. No chance to wave and was in the V70, sorry Mike that's still satans chariot!
