If you feel persecuted then I'm sure we are all a little bit sorry, but your blatant use of text speak (and no, it wasn't just the odd word) triggered this thread off in the first place.
So you're not the best speller - then improve!
It's not vital to have the best of anything, but it's always nice to try to better yourself.
As to bullying, no, I don't think you are being bullied, as your name has never been mentioned in relation to any of this. What the A2OC prides itself on is the freedom given to members to say what they like, as long as it's not offensive or foul - even wrong posts are perfectly acceptable - someone will be along to right them soon enough!
If you want to take your ball home, then that is your decision - you aren't the first and you probably won't be the last.
All that is asked is that you write your posts in a way that if not grammatically correct, at least shows that you're trying. This is the International A2OC, so it makes it a lot easier for people who don't speak English as a first language to read the posts if they are written more or less correctly.
Fink is not a word - you mean think
Fing is not a word - you mean thing
That is just lazy and unhelpful.
I can understand bad punctuation such as Ive instead of I've (but even then, you miss the 'e') and to an extent, bad spelling of difficult words (but else isn't tricky is it?).
Your thinly veiled threat with regard to challenging someone to be cheeky to your face is not helpful and even more childish that the percieved mickey taking of your posts and yes, I would (and have!) expressed my thoughts to posters in the flesh.
I am not a snob and I don't think that asking for things to be done correctly is snobbish - would you call a client a snob if you badly fitted their bodywork and they complained?
If you choose to leave or lurk, then use the time you have free to brush up on your writing - it'll pay dividends in more areas of life than just this site!
Cheers,
Mike
