Water ingress door card / any suggestions?

It has been happening for several months now… Water stains appear at very bottom of my passenger door card. I clean the fabric and after few months the stains reappear. Everywhere else inside the cabin is bone dry.

I suspect some sort of seal inside the door card. Any suggestions? Something that has become loose or a perished seal to replace?

However I have since found that there is a strip of double sided adhesive foam that separates the wet side from the dry side of the door. I replaced that and sealed the ends as recommended in the manual and the problem has gone.

Could use a bit of a brainstorming here... Passenger side door card in wet on the bottom. I know that a general consensus is that the seal on the aluminium cover inside the door has failed and water is seeping in, but the door does not appear like it was ever cracked open. Plan is to remove the...

It’s fairly recent and looks to have some detailed information in Post #16 which should cure the issue.
