Webasto fuse

Morning,

Here is a picture of the fuse layout from the replacement sticker I added to the Project OEM A2 a couple of years ago:

If you zoom in you’ll notice that the additional heating is Fuse 14.

It’s definitely the time of year when us early TDI owners are frustrated with a Webasto that’s not kicking in. The Webasto in the Project EUD A2 isn’t firing up either, it runs perfectly via VCDS.

Have you checked the output tests:

1. You should see the interior lights flicker and eventually a plume of smoke appear
2. You should hear the dosing pump ticking away
3. You should hear the fan spinning away

You can try to fire it up with VCDS in Basic settings channel 022. To turn the test off enter channel 033. Good luck.

Kind regards,

Tom

Webasto rubber pipes are off can't get them when fuse taken out that will be enough to cut off all webasto system?

Yes the Webasto will not run but you need to connect the coolant pipes to bypass the Webasto if you want to run the car.
