A pair of these came as spares with the car.. what are they for?? Don't think my other A2 has them!

It's got a part number starting 8Z so it must be a A2 part of some kind, try googling the part number

I note in the diagram that there is a "balance weight". Where is that exactly? Is it viewed from under the car or under the seats?
