First A2.............Silver, (still got)
Second A2........Mauritius Blue..(now being broken due to some daft bint running a red light)
Third A2...........Pine green.
Pine green is a fantastic colour but hard to keep looking good.
Silver.......looks good even when dusty.
Silver (1.4 petrol, actually my wife's A2)
Dark Blue (current at the top of the high mileage leader board)
Solid Black (1.4 petrol bought it to 'save it' and went to its new owners a few months ago)
Silver (TDI with open sky - my keeper A2)
I liked the solid black, but it look dirty 10 mins after it was washed and polished, the dark blue looks really nice when it is polished up and stays looking clean for a fair time and looks real nice with its gun metal grey alloys, but I must admit to the silver being my next to favourite best colour, my personal favourite colour to the dolphin grey
I had to re paint the front and back bumpers on my Silver TDI (as the previous owner had not been the most careful) so whilst I was at it also painted the black bottoms of the bumpers (so all is not silver), then also painted the sill covers silver and the door bottom rubber strips, so I now have a more modern looking all silver A2 where the silver starts at the very bottom of the car and goes to the roof line uninterrupted, the roof being black glass
