What's this then?

Digging around in the left footwell of a 2005 1.4TDi and I found this obviously "aftermarket" black box with grey and black wires coming from it. On one part it has the serial number 111188 1805 on it.

Any ideas?

Yep. A tracker. Looks like one that was in my car.

I suppose the next obvious question is how do I find out more about it? There's no paperwork with the car.

I binned mine. If you want a tracker you'd likely get a new one anyway.
