Where is my new car? (doubt)

Hi:

I ordered my new 1.6 FSI in February 7th. Audi internal application said my car would be delivered 21 of this month. I am waiting yet

But 17 days ago I visited my dealer and finally my file in AUDI has
Chassis number and the delivery date was moved to 26 of this month. After a few days my seller phoned and told me that delivery date has changed again, in this moment this date is May, 4th. The car is not is Spain yet. My question is :
.-If I have chassis number I must undertand that the car is 100% finished?
.-If finished... why this great DELAY?

I visited my dealer today....

The car has been delayed again [30]

Now the new date is 9th friday.

What´s the matter at Neckarsulm?

Probably they prefer to make tons of the new A3......

much better than loosing the time making historical cars [7]

I think the new A3 is made in Ingolstadt, not in Neckarsulm.... but there were several holidays here in Germany, so that might be the problem...

Well.... My local dealer phoned me again today, the car has been delayed again, now the new date is 12th Monday.

Now I am decided contact NECKARSULM factory directly, the problem is I am not able to find a valid customer service e-mail.

I prefer to obviate AUDI Spain, lamentable

Can you help me?

Could you not telephone Audi Germany and try that way for an email address?.

Does the Spanish Audi site just say "contact your local dealer"?. Not much use is it!.

Hi:

My car "landed" in Spain 21th of April

Since then the car is located at AUDI store area in Zaragoza.

It seems the car has an invoicing problem [29]

Since 21th of April I have talked with:

.-Local dealer

.-Regional Manager

.-Importer

.-Headquarters in Germany (Ingolstadt)

It has been like watching a Tennis Match. The ball has been bouncing
continuosly.

I am VERY dissapointed with AUDI. The customer service is lamentable

Fortunately the car has been invoiced today, now is freed and it can be uploaded on the truck. I hope the car is in my local dealer Monday 19th

Miracle!!!

My A2 AMULET has arrived today.

What a beautiful car, I´m really impressed.

Now I must change several things:

.- Ridiculous HORN

.- Change halogen bulbs with PHILIPS VISION PLUS

.- Paint some parts in red

and friday I will install HIFI equipment and Parrot handsfree. I will make many photos of this installation.

Later I will install THOMAS chrome mirror casings.
