Get any well known German brand. pressed steel control arms. Don't buy cast iron. They won't fit into bushing without angle grinder and ball joint can't be replaced. In case the protective rubber rupture you will have to buy entire new control arm again. I fitted both type on both of my cars and pressed style control arms are better overall option.
It's worth noting that the track rod ends are handed. I found out at the last MoT. It failed because it had 2 RHS ones fitted and the one on the left touched the rim on full lock.
