Will this wheel work in my A2?

I think that wheel can be made to work on an A2. Depending on the functions you require you are likely to need another wheel position sensor / slip ring unit plus wiring and possibly another module. Skipton Autos is the place to go if you need someone to set everything up at a very reasonable cost

Making this wheel (or any wheel) work with your A2 will be tricky and costly, as from your profile, it's doubtful that you have a full CAN implementation, which is needed to carry the signals around.

Sorry Mike I'm confused. When I posed the question here

I asked if my A2 had CANbus and if so could I install a multifunction wheel. You said and I quote "you almost certainly have all the CAN elements that are needed" so whats changed? am I on a road to nowhere?

Also assuming I can get all the wiring sorted will I need to get anything programmed, for example does the DIS system need to made aware that a multifunction wheel is fitted or will it just except the incoming commands?
