Yes, FSI it is. Apart from the wait, it was during the Covid period, no problem.Nice one, Mac. Is your A2 a 1.6 by any chance? Just wondering if I'm going through the aggro pointlessly. Hopefully not!

See above, email Audi for CoC, send paper copy of CoC and emissions statement, that Audi sends along with the V5C, and you'll get an amended V5C back, eventually . No need to wait for the paper work from Audi, just print the email attachments.

Is that submitting the docs online?TfL and DVLA have both changed their records following submission of the manufacturer's certificate. Thanks to everyone here who has provided tips. Definitely some back and forth with the DVLA because you can only submit one document at a time and each back and forth seemingly goes to a different member of its team, but got there in the end. Much appreciated, A2OC forum!
When I did mine, they refused to accept any of the docs online, when I managed, by some quirk of fate, to actually speak to someone!Got the hardcopy document from VAG but - eventually - managed to get DVLA to take scanned copy along with V5 doc as proof via website.
Hello, Newbie here looking to buy a 1.6 FSI. I see a lot of peeps to-ing an fro-ing with DVLA/Audi etc re: ULEZ. However, the .gov website here: https://www.gov.uk/clean-air-zones you simply enter the reg number and it shows if your vehicle is exempt or not, in all ULEZ areas around the country. I live in Bristol and wanted to check to see if these models were OK, which they do seems to be - I've entered various A2 1.6 FSI reg plates that are for sale.
Hope I'm not missing something here....
FSI meet Euro 4, although the V5C probably doesn't show it. FSIs currently comply with the ULEZ schemes.Hello, Newbie here looking to buy a 1.6 FSI. It was a bit of a faff but I ended up applying to TfL for London and then the DVLA for the rest (incl. Bristol). The TfL was easy. The DVLA was a pain because I had to go back and forth presenting different documents (the site it wouldn't let me attach more than document per correspondence). I assume some cars you're looking at will have been registered by their owners and others not. I'd clocked two fines by the the time I'd realised there was a solution – or rather found one on here (with gratitude). Mine's a 1.6.It's more for earlier model 1.4's that were EU4 but not stamped as such on the logbook
I am pretty sure your 1. 6 FSI should not have been clocked as with or without an upgraded V5C, the car complies. It was a bit of a faff but I ended up applying to TfL for London and then the DVLA for the rest (incl. My FSI is also 2004, and I checked it on the TFL site years ago, and it came back as compliant. I got the V5C updated for completeness.I've since appealed but to no avail. Now I've gone through the hoops, it is listed as compliant. But experiences here seem inconsistent. Some say theirs have always been compliant, others have managed to do it all online, and a few have had to post documents to the DVLA in Swansea. I'll be honest: I had assumed an A2 would be listed as compliant but maybe lines are drawn according to age as well. Though mine is fairly late - 2004.
