Audis in the park 2013---billing aquadrome

Hi Jon,

This is the first time the show has been held at this venue, so I'm not too sure how quickly all the vehicles will be marshalled onto the event field.

I've not been to Billing Aquadrome for some years even though it's on my door-step, but it's well used to holding motoring events, so I'd suspect it will be well organised. The team organising this specific event are very Audi aware, so they'll point you towards the rest of us if it's not obvious.

Do you know? This isn't a Hell-of-a-distance for me to travel? Mighty tempted to just go! What time does it start? (You could take the "Micky" out of my Mods! LOL!

HI Talby i would think its no problem being early, as Jeff as said Billing is set up for dealing with car shows and calvin who organises AITP will be there from very early.

Hi all just a quick up date--there is a mcDonald's a few miles away that will serve as a good meeting point.Its located in a retail park with masses of parking space just a few miles from Billing itself, and it's just a stones-throw off of the A45, one junction away from the billing turn-off.

So I think it would be a great place to all meet prior to wondering off to the show. I’d guess it’s a 5 minute drive from the retail park to Billing’s front door. The show starts at 10.00 but we will be early as we have to pitch the gazebo and get the kitchen area set up---so at this preset time i think a good time to meet is 8.00-8.30.
still looking for more names please people-lets show the other clubs just how our little car has a big following. cheers mike

It seems a bit sad that a few A2OC "celebrities" are saying that they won't be there? I think that I might go .... I'm sure that it will be highly enjoyable and informative!

Oh well, it,s good to know that you, (a celebrity) are going! I will be setting off at about 6 30 am and going M56 onto the M6 I'll look out for you! LOL! (You will probably be going a bit faster?) LOL!

Well, I know I didn't say "LOL", but I do feel that you have made a name for yourself, on this Forum! I recognise your input, immediately! I wonder if you would like us to travel "in convoy"? ... that is fine by me, if you do .... we could meet up on the M6? Just let me know ... I don't have to travel so early ....
