Project peperami - (A2Steve)

Detuning to a figure that is still around 50% more torque and power than standard is never going to give the spring in the flywheel an easy life. It's a wonder that none have ever exploded. I'm wondering if the Larkspeed unit would be compatible with the standard flywheel - it doesn't mention whether there's one supplied with the clutch. At 228mm diameter, I'm not too sure it would work unless they supply a flywheel too.

I don't understand. It's showing on my side and also showing that you have quoted it.

This is what showing on my laptop...

It is a pain because it's my daily driver. It gets washed once a week though so never gets really bad. It's going back into the body shop next week to have a few areas I'm not happy with re-done and then she will be looking great.

Ps the blue trumpets on the front have gone which should please a few :)

Not sure the wheels are my cup of tea, but that colour :cool::cool:

Yes, the wheels weren't my first choice but I had them here and they looked ok. The final plan is to fit BBS style wheels with the centre's the same colour as the car but with this will come the added cost of having to fit cpilovers to make them look right. A solution to the clutch issue is needed first though.

I've now got a cream interior to transplant into the car so that will be done in January.

I quite like the contrast of those wheels against the colour to be honest. BBSs are so passé these days ;)

Braver man than I with having kids
