Audi do a stunning Teak Brown. I've an A4 Black Edition in this colour and it is a head turner. I've a A2 in Castle Red which i also think is a great colour for the car, when its polished nothing comes close to it....

Yeah, i had to replenish the system with almost a whole bottle of G12 1.5 Litres of coolant mixed in a 50/50 ratio with water.....

Well i managed this job without having to remove the alternator or slacken the tension on the belt. Managed it with the smallest 1/4" drive 10mm shallow socket with a 1/4" ratchet wrench from halfrauds...bit fiddly putting the thing back on as i had to first put the bottom bolt in with my finger...

Hi, So i've bought myself a new thermostat with the intention of changing it at the weekend, but before i go ahead can anyone tell me if the thermostat housing needs has a gasket that needs replaced before reattaching the housing to the engine ? I'm not sure if there is a gasket and really want...

Hi, All in i spent about 6 hours in total to strip down the door, a trip to Halfords for the spline socket to remove the door mech and reassemble. Had to take the door off the car due to one of the window frame nuts slipping into the void (and yes i just about cried at that point...). Anyway...

Do you know i had completely forgotten about back to black, i'll try that first. My aim is really to get the 'new' black look and i may have to visit a store to locate some of the platikote paint. By the way Steve the car looks good with the white skirting. Cheers Stuart

Evening, Has anyone attempted to respray the black skirting that goes around the lower part of the car? I'm specifically interested in the doing the skirts down both sides as the skirts just at the point where the skirt meets the wheel arch at the front of the rear wheels has been hammered over...
