Know the feeling there alright but glad i robbed the house piggy bank to shell out £900 to get mine fixed as it's been an absolute joy to drive since.

Problem is I will be moving to the USA next year so it's a win lose situation. I can pay out 1000 and car is worth 1500. The colour dis was 600 and curise control and fact I have renewed shocks springs and rust proofed the control arms etc

If your car was sorted it would be worth a lot more money than£1500. It's got to be worth £3k all day long even if it's not loaded but nice options obviously help and if highly specced would be worth more imho.
 
It's higher spec 5han most. Modren colour dis I will post a video off if I can? , I don't think the site let's me . Cruise leather seats And read leather roof liner ? I machined polished her and sealed her with ceramic so good for 6 years :) did I hell of work but this map sensor fault and the miss fire at 4.5 k is doing my head in. Funny thing is the throttle will show 100 % when floored, after it stumbles at 4.5 k it goes down to 45 % like the ECU had limited it. I will see if the super 4 Bosch helps

One thing I noticed is on monitoring the throttle % when it floored it goes to 99% but at around 4K it drops to 44% I wonder if the car is limiting bc of misfires at high revs
 
I have platinum plugs in car but order a set of Bosch super 4 I will use dielectric grease on the coils when I change them
