Hi Cenick,

The 1.4 yellow colour storm was on the drive when you arrived its my partners car, you moved your car so it could leave with my daughter to go swimming. The yellow TT is a 1.8t 225 rather than a 3.2

Popped down to Bristol with @Hef yesterday (thank you again) to see Steve @Cenick who'd owned it for a month or two since Ed sold it.

Bringing it back from Bristol, it felt, just like any other A2 i've owned and although I liked it, I wasn't blown away.

All has changed this morning though, because i've just done a commute to work down the country lane B roads that surround my home. I haven't had this much fun in a car for quite some time.

I've got plans for the car that will see a few changes being made and putting my own stamp on it, but for now, i'm very pleased.

She really does do well on the twisty stuff, but I wouldn’t say she is a motorway car, do remember she is still running in however and need a few oil changes during this period, also check the oil as the Colordis took away the oil level sensor!

Wasn’t aware of that Edward. Didn’t know how many miles it had done since the rebuild. Can you elaborate? Perhaps via pm?

I do not mind at all, perfectly illustrates how much they suit the A2 love to see it.

All good here in Somerset thanks all, obviously very pleased to hear LV51PVN is still going strong never any doubt when in such good stewardship, what a car !

It’s BI6 EJL nowadays if you ever have a hankering to check up on its MOT history, though that might just be a me thing 🙄
