Audi a2 RNS-E MK1

What was the previous headunit of your A2 ?
I had a RNS-D, and to have the display in DIS working with my RNS-E mk2, I had to remove the TMC module (it also acts as a CAN gateway for DIS, I think). So I bypassed it, rebooted the RNS-E and DIS worked ! :)
 
Today i finally have the time to install the rns-e and the can bus emulator. I youse this one http://www.ebay.com/itm/110885026341?ul_noapp=true
Everything is working now fine. The security code is stored correctly ,the rns-e turn on when the ignition is on ,the buttons illumination is also working when the light switch is turned on, and the screen and the buttons auto brightness is working fine. For the moment i cant find any issues with the emulator.

I will post some picks how i manage to convent single din to dual din dash.

Some off the photos are from german forum because my battery go flat.
Everything is cut with a dremel really slow :D
