Audis in the park 2015 AITP

Hotel and ferry sucessfully booked. Are there already any plans for activities around AITP, like last year?

Not long now ladies and gentlemen for the 7th year of the awesome Audis in the park show. I will repost the opener just for the new lookers--
This show has for the last six years been a great day to meet other A2oc members in a nice laid back atmosphere-good time to check out what modifications some members have done to their pride and joy. On the flip side its always great to see the standard cars in all the colours under the sun. Talking of sun--this show has a great reputation for good weather (although last year we had rain of biblical proportions) There are all ages of Audi on show and some of the clubs put on a great display. There is a show and shine if you fancy your chances-i know a few of you lavish some rather expensive products on your cars. We had one of our members get "top5 show and shine" so lets do it again. Looking at the open day at A2cars there are some really shinny cars in the club.

If your new to the club or have never been to a "social" make this your first we are a friendly bunch and there is no pressure to do anything other than park your car on our pitch and have some fun wandering around. We will of coarse have the event shelter and the BBQ's on the stand so please bring a chair or blanket to sit on and your choice of food for the BBQ. We will have bacon rolls on offer but in limited supply so if you smell them get your orders in! i will be on hot drinks duties with our excellent traveling kitchen.

One thing to remember if you want advanced tickets get in quick details are on the Audis in the park link. Tickets are available on the day but its easier for all if you can get there early--you just drive straight in. REMEMBER ONE TICKET IS FOR A CAR INCLUDING ALL PASSENGERS so its a great deal.

Hi folks
I shall be joining you again this year at AITP7
Just bought my Wristband and one of those nifty looking Lanyards, I was going to pay on the gate like last year, but saw GOSH are getting £1 donated for every advance ticket sold, so I thought why not as every little helps..:D
I have also clicked the events calendar to show I am attending

I wonder if A2OC will get any plaudits like last year!

Solvable here, too, if necessary. Let me know if you need an address and I'll get it shipped on; my parents are back in the UK as of today.

The tickets can be purchased on the day no problem at all. But if you want I can get the ticket for you and then give it to you at the meeting point before we go into the show ground-usualy a local McDonald's. How does that sound ? Cheers Mike
 
Closing date for advanced ticket sales is Sunday 26th July. So if you want to save a couple of pounds get in before that date. If you haven't been before you really are missing out on a fine day out with the best audis on display-just remember it does not matter if your car is standard or modified uber clean or in need of a clean- you will be most welcome. At the moment it's just my A2, according to André he hasn't made a decision about AITP yet.
Sorry for ignoring your PM, Tapatalk is a bit confusing with PMs from different forums...
 
Looking forward to AITP but my main worry is if the insurance decide to repair my A2 during AITP :( might have to take the Merc and put an Audi badge on or request an Audi courtesy car.

Could you put a sticker on the Merc....."When I grow up, I want be be an A2" hee hee hee!!;) that might stop the .merc having its wheels stolen!;):D
