Please see the updated list which shows the commitment for the first 51 (of 100) pairs. I am so chuffed with the response so thank you very much.
I have received contact from the Administration Team who have already started working on deciding the best option for you to all pay, please wait a little longer. Your PM inbox will have payment instructions in their soon as the decision is made.

I have updated the list to show Murdo -1 and drop off in Wales for Special edition:
I'm sure there will be more who will prefer drop off in Wales which can all be confirmed over PM when I ask for payment along with delivery address.
The Admin Team are still discussing the best option to receive your payments who will have an answer soon enough. Ill update this thread when they have the answer and send out the PMs to you all.
There is just over 2 months until the Welsh Social so all should be ok for me to drop off if you're attending. Those who will not be attending may have theirs a week earlier than the said social. All I ask is quick payment when asked as the order cannot be submitted until all funds are present.

For all of you who have shown commitment/interest in obtaining bespoke A2 Owners Club number plate surrounds I can only but thank you for your patience so far. Those of you who are reading this and have yet to get your name on the list please just simple reply to this thread requesting a pair or 2.
I can confirm that your payments will be via PayPal to the Club who will settle the invoice (earlier in this thread) on my behalf and subsequently send me the postage and packaging funds for me to onwards distribute your purchase('s).
At present I don't have the PayPal address for you all to send the payments, soon as I receive the address Ill be straight onto PM and send you all direction on what to do and request your delivery address.
The fitting of these number plate surrounds to our aluminium boxes is so near, please wait a little longer for that PM from me.

Morning all,
I now have the go ahead from the Administrators to supply my PayPal address for you to pay for the bespoke number plate surrounds. By the end of the day, starting from when I get in from work this evening (6pm), you will have a PM form me supplying you with my PayPal address and letting you know how much you need to pay (as per the spreadsheet earlier in this thread). All you will need to do is pay as requested as a 'friend or family' to keep charges/costs down and also reply to the PM to supply your postage address.
Soon as I have the funds from you all, the Club will supply the money to purchase the remaining number plates surrounds to meet the minimum order and only at that point can I actually submit the order.
Time is getting tight to get these delivered to me before the Welsh Social so please do pay as soon as possible.
Those wishing to have your surrounds delivered during the Welsh Social should continue as planned and we will see if Helmut-Seitz manage to get them to me in time, if not I we can decide on the best plan during the Social.
If there is anyone else wishing to purchase a pair or 2 then all you need to do is reply to this thread stating how many you want and I'll add your name too the list.

I unfortunately will not be attending the ADI this year. The only Socials I have confirmed attendance is the Welsh Social and the End Of Year Meal in Birmingham (Not seen a date yet but its only 30 minutes away so Ill be there).

I can assure you that the ball is certainly rolling. I have already started receiving payments, half way there after just 2 hours since requesting payment.
Below is the list to show you that your payments have been received along with your address (as of 10:30PM Wed 12 Jul):
