No figure for particulates, but CO, HC, and NOx figures are all shownCan I ask if your car's emission values are on your current V5C (CO, NOx, HC and particulates) or are the fields blank?

You need to send the paper copies, along with your V5C, to DVLA.I e mailed audi regards euro 4 a few days ago for my fsi so we can update the V5C, and have had a e mail today from audi and its in the post. not sure why they are posting the paper work but its on the way.
Hi @herxChange vehicle details on a V5C registration certificate (log book)
Updating your V5C registration certificate (log book) if you make changes to your vehiclewww.gov.ukWhere to send your V5C
For all other changes, send your V5C to DVLA, Swansea, SA99 1BA
@PlasticMac has DVLA returned yours, yet? I am planning to send mine off soon.
That's the understatement of the year! In relation to my post, armed with the letter from the DoT, I again requested that they could mark the relevant V5C as EU3/EU4 Compliant. It went back and fro about six times; at first they refused to answer me as the official keeper is my wife. Then they asked me about details from the V5C. They asked me about the model but due to their deficiencies, the model field is blank. Fuel is diesel but they required heavy oil! In the end they told me that they couldn't help me although they knew what my request was from the start. They told me to ring the number originally supplied by the DoT.but I don't think DVLA are an example of adminiistrive efficency,
My description of DVLA as "... don't think DVLA are an example of adminiistrive efficency" was intended to raise an ironic smile. That's the understatement of the year! My advice to anyone with an EU3 petrol car that meets the EU4 emission standard would be drive into the CAZ, get fined, refuse to pay and be taken to court. At court show your V5C/CoC and say "No case to answer, your honour!".

I think that's a wise decision. I can imagine the vast mountain of paper that's in the DVLA building, and the pressure they're under to shift it. I suspect some will "get lost" in transit ?I think I am going to keep my V5 for now and not send to DVLA in the near future https://www.bbc.co.uk/news/business-57916619

I understand your concern, but the TT "only" took 5 weeks. Not sure they'll ever catch up, if the. Pandemic retreats new car sales will rise, and demand on DVLA will increase too. I suspect they're still mainly "analogue" or worse, "hybrid"Got my EURO 4 letter from Audi today. Think I will wait until the back log dies down a bit before sending it off to Swansea!
As there is no specific item that is changed, (only the euro 4 added), what did you say to theDVLA as there does not appear to be a relevant section or box that needs ticking on the V5I understand your concern, but the TT "only" took 5 weeks. I was surprised that they only accept paper, despite the fact that every bit of incoming paper is scanned!
