FSI pistons and other stuff

Or am I wrong? On eBay I found some normal pistons but apparently not oversize. This baffles me, how can Audi supply only normal pistons? Thanks to anyone who could tell me where I could find some oversize pistons; I could have them made on order but the cost would be nearly £600...

Have you tried Crewe Audi on here? Tom there will have access to all Audi databases and then you will know the Audi position.

Hello Andy,
I tried, he was very friendly but sadly he couldn't find a set for me. I think that it's strange to be unable to find oversize pistons for a VW Group engine...

The German forum would be worth a try, is anyone on here on there too?
I'm almost sure an earlier post confirmed that oversize piston were, at least, listed as a part number.

Edit : Which market (country) had the most 1.6 FSIs, anyone know?
